Job Opportunity: Lead Teacher

As a Lead Teacher at TLC Learning Tree, you will have the privilege of shaping young minds during their formative years. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate creativity and a love for learning.
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore, discover, and grow both academically and emotionally.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and team members to foster a sense of belonging and support.
• Observing and assessing each child's progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to tailor individualized learning experiences.
• Collaborating with other teachers and directors to enhance the overall educational program.

Qualifications:

• A passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for children.
• Experience in teaching or working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
