Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care : Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on exercises, therapeutic modalities, and functional activities to improve mobility and overall function.
Patient Interaction : Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care techniques, and injury prevention strategies to promote recovery and enhance quality of life.
Mobility Support : Help patients with mobility tasks, including transfers, ambulation, and the use of assistive devices, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Collaboration : Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with physical therapists, healthcare providers, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
Equipment Maintenance : Assist in the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of therapy equipment and treatment areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.

QualificationsEducation : Associate’s degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.Licensure : Current PTA license or certification in good standing;
