Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ambulate and assess patients' respiratory status and needs.
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including inhalation therapy, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
- State licensure as required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
