As our Travel Healthcare Staff Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and
placing top healthcare professionals in travel assignments nationwide. You’ll work closely with our team to understand our staffing needs, build relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Experience in utilizing Vendor Management Systems
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Conducting interviews and evaluating applicants.
- Maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals and partner institutions.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to travelhealthcare staffing.
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the travel healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
