Key Responsibilities
Patient Care and Assessment
Perform rapid and thorough assessments of patients presenting to the emergency room.

Emergency Response and Management
Respond promptly to life-threatening situations, including trauma, cardiac arrest, and respiratory distress.
Operate and monitor medical equipment, such as cardiac monitors, ventilators, and IV pumps.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
Documentation and Communication
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and outcomes.
Relay critical information to other departments during patient transfers or admissions.
