Job Description
To provide timely, courteous and efficient scheduling of weekend online inquiries and non-emergency call back scheduling. Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm (remote) Monday 7am - 4pm (in office)
Job Requirements
- Capable of handling large volumes of callbacks and online service inquiries
- Ask detailed questions
- Attention to detail in data entry of work orders
- Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatch software
- Willing to take on additional work or projects
- Self-motivated in a remote setting
