TLC Drain, Sewer, and Water Cleanup is currently seeking a skilled Lead Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in providing restoration services to our customers. You will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, assessing damages, and implementing restoration procedures to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities :
- Respond to emergency calls and assess damages caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.
- Develop and implement restoration plans to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Coordinate and supervise restoration crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of restoration activities, including materials used, labor hours, and project costs.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from customers.
