A FLEX Concierge responsibility is to serve our residents with providing concierge services. A FLEX Concierge enhances the experience, by providing hospitality and services to our residents and communities. A FLEX Concierge gives our residents and communities the Freedom, Lifestyle and Experiences like no other competitor.
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: 1 or more years of property related leasing or service experience.

Qualifications
Knowledge:
- Customer Service Standards: Familiarity with best practices for providing high-quality customer service, including professional communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Property Management Services: Understanding of the various services offered in residential properties, such as cleaning, pet care, seasonal assistance, and resident move-in/move-out coordination.
- Supply Management: Knowledge of how to track, maintain, and order supplies for efficient service delivery.
- Vehicle Maintenance Protocols: Basic knowledge of vehicle upkeep to ensure the van used for service remains in good condition.
Skills:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
- Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, such as coordinating services, scheduling appointments, and fulfilling residents' requests on time.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address resident concerns or service issues, finding effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Attention to Detail: Skilled at providing personalized services like plant care or holiday decorating, ensuring quality and resident satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team, coordinating efforts with property staff to deliver seamless services.
Abilities:
- Adaptability: Capacity to perform a variety of duties, adjusting to the changing needs of residents, whether through seasonal services or special requests.
- Customer Focus: A demonstrated ability to deliver services tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each resident.
- Physical Stamina: Able to perform physical tasks, such as cleaning, lifting, or organizing during resident move-ins or move-outs.
- Service-Oriented Mindset: Proactive in offering assistance and identifying opportunities to enhance the resident experience.
- Accountability: Ability to maintain and monitor service supplies and report any vehicle or equipment issues promptly.
