Full Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks who shows job stability. The role would require you to run the daily really applications, plus any walk-ins. You will be setting up and conducting interviews and completing all new hire paperwork including setting up the required training and making schedules for the training of new and current employees.
- Skills:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.
- Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification. (Required within the first 60 days of being hired).
- Article 9 Certification. (Required to complete within 60 days of hire)
- Prevention and Support Certification. (Required within 60 days of hire)
- Time Management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Managing Training schedules
- Communication Skills
- Excel experience preferred
- Answering and making phone calls
- Interviewing possible candidates for hire
- File management
- Able to work in crisis oriented work environment and to effectively employ analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills.
