We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team at The Katherine Thomas High School Program , a private special education school in Rockville, MD.
Job Summary
This 11-month position involves supervising all members of the high school counseling services staff, including social workers and the behavior program specialist. Key responsibilities include :
- Oversight of case reviews, parent support groups, family support and education, and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Liaison with community agencies and student counseling
- Behavior management and clinical record keeping
