Salary : $16-$19 per hour DOE / Cert.
Monroe NC -Overnight CNA, CMA or certified medication aide for Residential Treatment Center- Eating Disorders
Maximum six (6) adolescent clients -behavioral health-eating disorders
Shifts run 8P-8A
Weekend & Nights required
Salary $16 -$19 per hour depending on experience and credentials, Med Pass a plus (and additionally compensated). $5.00 per hour extra for Saturday 12a to Sunday 11 : 59p.

CMA or CNA certification or Medication Aide with registration with North Carolina Nurses Board required. Experience with Eating Disorders preferred.
- Ensure a closely supervised, safe, and therapeutic environment during the overnight and early morning hours
- Completes overnight checklist, including light household cleaning and temperature checks
- Effectively and professionally communicates with families / loved ones, as appropriate.
- Completes relevant tasks within 24 hours of admission and accompanying notes in medical record.
- Completes 30 minute checks within 3 feet of client - verify respiration and logging in KIPU in real time
- Assists and supports patients in day-to-day activities including, but not limited to waking routines, morning hygiene, nighttime routine, evening hygiene, bathroom observations, and safety overnight observations.
- Able to effectively and professionally establish rapport with patients.
- Provides milieu management throughout the treatment experience and communicates with all team members.
- Assists in the implementation of the comprehensive treatment plan in the milieu.
- Contributes to the well-being of all patients by serving as a positive role model.
- Engages in brief check ins wherein patients are provided with support and guidance in using coping skills.
- Objectively and accurately documents patient progress on a daily basis
- Works collaborative with additional overnight staff with shared duties.
- Must attend mandatory trainings (may need to travel to another location for training).
- Must attend mandatory supervision with Assistant Program Director.
