DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position: Psychiatric Evaluator
We are looking for a qualified Psychiatric Practitioner to join our team, focusing on patients in residential, partial hospital, and intensive outpatient services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations for patients seeking treatment.
- Manage weekly psychiatric appointments and medication management,
- Psychiatric notes, discharge summaries, and medication information. Peer-to-peer reviews with managed care companies for continued care.
- Individual Supervision of RNs
- Monthly clinical training
- Weekly treatement team meeting
Qualifications:
- Must be a North Carolina Licensed Practitioner with a psychiatric specialty (MD, Psychiatrist, PMHNP, FNP with psychiatric focus, PA-C with psychiatric experience, etc.).
- Experience in psychiatric and eating disorder treatment is preferred.
