What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker position at TLD AMERICA?
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the movement of materials, manufacturing and production parts from department to department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (Other duties may be assigned)
- Pull orders for production using pallet jacks, stand-up / sit-down forklifts.
- The outbound of parts required by the production or by the spare parts service.
- Perform inventory procedures according to cycle count instructions.
- Returns to the inventory of the unused material.
- Performs other tasks as assigned. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- CIT : establish standards and procedures for continuous improvement and ISO certification.
- Maintain the currency with respect to technical and supervisory skills by attending training classes, special technical and administration courses; seminars, exhibits and trade shows are needed.
- Cross-train in other material control functions / departments. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
