Scope of Work :
The laborer will maintain grounds of industrial, commercial and public property and will operate equipment in the completion of daily job duties.
Responsibilities :
- Planting grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs, watering lawn and shrubs during dry periods, using hose or activating sprinkler system.
- Picks up and burns or carts away leaves, paper or other litter
- Removing snow from walks, driveways, roads, or parking lots, using shovel and snow blower, spreads salt on walkways and other areas
- Repairing and painting fences, gates, benches, tables, guardrails, and outbuildings.
- This Worker assists in repair of roads, walks, buildings, and mechanical equipment, and may clean comfort stations, offices workshop areas, and parking lots by sweeping, washing, mopping and polishing.
- Cutting grass or weeds with a mower, riding or hand, trim hedges and edges around walks, flowerbeds, and wells, using hedge trimmers, weed eaters, clippers and edging tools; hand weed-pulling, raking, mulching landscapes.
- May drive ATV’s, Kubota’s and other small equipment or Tractors; other related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Consistently produces quality products and service.
- Completes all training within required timeline.
- Performs all work in a safe and secure manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
