Salary:
The General Laborer, Lead position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.21/hour, plus a 10% 3rd shift differential.

Job Description:
The General Laborer, Lead performs general work as assigned and serves as a lead to the General Laborers. The responsibilities include facilitating, conducting follow-up inspections, and reporting all General Laborer tasks at the direction of the Operations Supervisor.
The role also involves loading and unloading trucks, moving supplies and materials to proper locations, stacking materials for storage or binning, collecting refuse and salvageable materials, digging, filling, and tamping earth excavations, leveling ground using pick, shovel, tamper, and rake, shoveling concrete and snow, cleaning culverts and ditches, cutting trees and brush, operating power lawnmowers or smaller equipment, moving and arranging heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances, moving heavy pieces of automotive, medical engineering, and other types of machinery and equipment, spreading sand and salt on icy roads and walkways, picking up leaves and trash, cleaning and resetting live fire ranges, live fire shoot houses, MOUT sites, explosive pads, and other assigned training venues, making minor repairs to doors, windows, hinges, and walls, using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets, painting structures and equipment, repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
