Scope of Work :
Support day-to-day operation of the Production Control Center.
Responsibilities :
- Provides customer interface for receiving service calls in person, telephonically, or electronically. Creates work orders in NexGen and Maximo databases and classifies Direct Scheduled Work according to priority.
- Notifies shop supervisor / leads immediately of Priority 1 Emergency work requirements. Works with the Logistics Support / Supply Manager to update materials status of work orders in accounting systems. Transfers labor hours from craftsmen labor reports into NexGen and Maximo. Will assist with training new hire PC techs. Will be the alternate backup for UCC operations.
- Ensures effective routing of work requests for technical and administrative actions for 332's and Contract Services Requests.
- Assists with management and accountability of the key control, 1219's, Stand-by, Facility Manager, Special Event, Dig Permit and After-Hour programs
- Performs other duties as assigned.
