The pay listed above is encompassing of a total range, final compensation offered will be dependent upon several factors to include but not limited to years of experience and education within the position and industry.

Scope of Work :
The Roads and Grounds Branch Manager supervises and manages the Maintenance & Services / Roads and Grounds functional sections (Equipment Operations, and Roads & Grounds).
Responsibilities :
- Directs the Branch with regards to the ordering, receiving, sorting, protection, storage, warehousing, inventorying, issuing of materials and supplies for Branch work.
- Supervises, directs and coordinates subordinate personnel in all activities related to the planning, programming, operation and maintenance of motorized equipment, post roads and grounds.
- Schedules and prioritizes tasks and monitors work performance.
- Resolves technical problems.
- Plans, implements, and maintains oversight of comprehensive safety and hazardous materials policies with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Ensures that all sections have operational plans for safety, fire prevention, emergency evacuation, accident, response, snow removal and have continuous training on plans(s) implementation.
- Prepares charts, graphs and narratives as required for briefings, and management review.
- Consistently produces quality products and service.
- Completes all training within required timeline.
- Performs all work in a safe and secure manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
