\n- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for investment manager clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Strategic Financial Advisory: Collaborate with clients and internal CFOs to deliver insights on fund performance, financial planning, capital structure, and regulatory requirements.
- Revenue Growth & Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by introducing relevant financial solutions and services.
- Fund Operations & Oversight: Assist clients in streamlining their financial operations, including fund accounting, reporting, compliance, and treasury management.
- Industry & Regulatory Knowledge: Stay current with investment management trends, SEC regulations, tax implications, and best practices to provide proactive guidance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with CFOs, fund administrators, tax specialists, and auditors to ensure seamless financial operations for clients.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving: anticipate client needs, address financial challenges proactively, and provide tailored solutions.
- 5 years of experience in investment management (hedge fund, private equity, or similar), outsourced CFO services, or fund administration is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investments.
- Experience with financial reporting, regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA, GAAP), and performance analytics.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with investment managers, fund principals, and institutional investors.
- Interest in both managing relationships and attending to regular client deliverables.
- Comfort with working independently to achieve benchmarks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred).
- Proof of US work eligibility.
- Proof of suitable workspace for remote employment.
- Location: Remote in the USA - (Preference given to candidates in Central Florida)
- Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 / Year.
- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available.
- Monday through Friday.
