The Manager of Development & New Site Openings manages the development, construction, and turnover of new sites. This role manages systems processes and coordinates internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and operationally ready. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing ongoing capital improvement projects across existing sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in managing systems, processes, and execution.

What You'll Do
- Development & Construction : Lead new development to transform existing sports facilities into Ranch locations.
- Work with a leading national general contractor to manage the development process, ensuring plans, budgets, and schedules are met.
- Plan and oversee construction phasing at open and operating locations, prioritizing safety and minimizing disruption to customers and operations.
- Project Management : Act as the central project manager, communicating and coordinating between construction, sales, operations, and marketing.
- Track and report on project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure goals are met.
- Municipal Approvals & Compliance : Support permitting and approval processes, attending municipal meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and submittal requirements.
- Procurement & Vendor Management : Oversee key external vendors, including design partners, construction partners, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure vendor deliverables align with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage sourcing & procurement of FF&E, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Capital Projects : Oversee phased improvements and ongoing capital projects, including structures, patios, and technology upgrades.
- Lead vendor identification & selection efforts for capital improvements & property management projects.
