What You'll Do
- Maintaining excellent client services is the company's driving philosophy.
- Personally demonstrate a commitment to Client First in promptly responding to clients’ needs.
- Meet or exceed client satisfaction measures.
- Travel to clients’ sites to provide support and maintenance.
- Assist clients with desktop, network, server, and other troubleshooting tasks over the phone.
- Server deployment, maintenance, and administration.
- VMware ESXi / Microsoft Hyper-V deployment and maintenance.
- Installation of SonicWall and routers for clients.
- Printer deployment and maintenance.
- Software installation and troubleshooting.
- Malware removal.
- Office 365 / Azure administration.
- Performing best practice assessments for clients.
- Minimum of 50% travel requirement.
- Other duties as may be required.

Physical demands / work environment
Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed for an extended period
Reaching above shoulder height, below the waist, or lifting as required to move, place or store materials
Proper lifting techniques required
Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
