We are currently seeking a collaborative, results oriented professional to join our Portland, OR office as a Full-Time Office Assistant. At TLR we believe in doing anything to become the most loved and trusted provider of international services and finding team members that will help foster that vision is paramount to our success.
This position is responsible for supporting and leading work in, but not limited to, the following :
- Office management from the big picture to the finest of details including providing oversight of all office supplies, organization, maintenance and cleanliness.
- Clerical support to TLR’s Business Operations Teams including scanning and filing.
- Receptionist accountabilities including greeting and assisting visitors and answering, directing and researching calls.
- Administrative assistance including, but not limited to, event assistance.
- Project based duties will be assigned on an ad hoc basis
