Position Summary – Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensure timely deliveries, proper inventory control, equipment maintenance and fleet maintenance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Process picklists and stage material
· Load trucks for delivery
· Deliver material to job site
· Pick up demo or remnant material at sites
· Organize stock and assist in inventory counts
· Ensure timely delivery and demo pick up by working with Warehouse Supervisor
· Maintain storage area by organizing floor space
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Language Ability: Read and Interpret documents such as measure sheets and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence.
Math Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a basic understanding knowledge of Excel, Word, and Email.
Certificates and Licenses: Must have Valid CA Driver’s License
