Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are complete before serving to guests.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or modifications from guests.
- Help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs and responding promptly to inquiries.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus, especially in catering or restaurant settings.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
