Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are complete before serving to guests.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or modifications from guests.
- Help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs and responding promptly to inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
