We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expediter to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to manage order priorities and special requests.
- Assist in food preparation and handling, adhering to all food safety standards.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure high-quality presentation of dishes before serving.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
