What You’ll Do:
- Precision Measurement: Conduct meticulous inspections of parts and components using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other metrology tools to ensure accuracy.
- Production Support: Inspect production and prototype parts during key stages to guarantee they meet all customer and internal specifications.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve measurement discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in calibration, instrumentation, or metrology.
- A keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
