Job Description
The Maintenance Person will operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment used for heating and hot water services, ensuring efficient building heat and air-conditioning functions. They will receive direction from the Site Manager and coordinate daily activities with this person.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings, checking control equipment, circuit breakers, switches, relays, starters, connections, and filters for mechanical and electrical faults.
