Key Responsibilities
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Determine necessary preventive maintenance through regular inspections.
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments.
- Report any health or safety issues to the Site Manager immediately.
Other duties may include furniture removal, weekly inspections, periodic inspections, housekeeping functions, cleaning washers and dryers, and responding to emergency conditions.
