What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Support Engineer (Onsite) position at TM Floyd & Company (TMF)?
We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer for an onsite role in Columbia, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions for customer issues related to software setup and configuration pertaining to cloud applications, Microsoft 365 Admin Centers, and other custom SharePoint solutions
- Have expertise and experience with HTML5 and CSS3, SharePoint Server 2019, JavaScript, .NET framework, RESTful application design
- Provide technical documentation and perform other duties as needed
- Develop workaround solutions as appropriate
- Monitor and assess current systems and recommend enhancements, as needed, based on data gathered
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with:
-Office 365 setup, configuration, and operational support
-Microsoft 365 Admin Centers
-SharePoint Technologies (2019 and Online)
-General database design and administration
-Application and server-level security
-Internet Information Services
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field and 8 years of experience in information technology systems or related area
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
