Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the successful implementation of DevOps, CI / CD, quality assurance, test automation, and GenAI platforms, ensuring compliance and governance
- Mentor principal and senior employees within the domain to foster best practices in architecture and skills development
- Manage domain-specific architects as needed, aligning with technology and business strategy
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Consultants to integrate digital maturity and DevOps strategies
