Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead IT operations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the management and integration of enterprise-level systems
- Manage and implement Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products as well as custom-developed systems
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery
- Integrate multiple infrastructures, applications, and data to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- 8-15 years of experience in IT leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with IT operations and enterprise-level systems
- Proven track record of working with COTS products and custom-developed systems
- Strong vendor management skills
- Experience in integrating multiple infrastructures, applications, and data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be a "hands-on working driver" with patience and vision
- Bachelor's degree
