What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cybersecurity Support Analyst (Onsite) position at TM Floyd & Company (TMF)?

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow and ensure routine security patching and end point protection is completed monthly; this includes tracking site progress and escalating when needed
- Provide technical support and expertise from manufacturing sites including WSUS, Active Directory, Kibana, OCS Inventory, Symantec, and Microsoft Defender
- Facilitate and manage urgent security vulnerabilities and communicate to senior management
- Monitor team ServiceNow queues and resolve incidents and requests
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement actions
- Responsible for creating and updating the various IT dashboards (Excel and Visual Views)
- Participate in an on-call rotation, 10 am to 6 pm - Monday through Sunday and 4 to 6 weeks a year
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- 4 years of operational IT work experience, including focus and experience in cybersecurity
- Ability to present to upper management and communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to translate what cyber vulnerability means in real life
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to:
- Create visual dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Collaborate with various development and infrastructure teams, including IT locally and globally, building strong working relationships with the company site managers
- Facilitate meetings, including sending out meeting minutes and actions
- Strong knowledge and experience with IT basic collaboration tools, including MS M365 suite of applications
- IT professional with IT BS degree preferred
- Cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA Security , CISSP) preferred
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 40% remote work.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
