Key Responsibilities:
- Correct implementation of Pega, workflow and automation, compliance, and governance
- Mentor principal and senior employees within the domain to ensure strong architecture practice and increase their skill set
- Manage architects within their domain when required
- Collaborate with chief product owners and business strategy consultants to align business and technology strategies and realize business capabilities through the implementation of digital surround strategy and workflow and automation
- Resolve architectural uncertainties through prioritization, planning, and execution of architectural sprints and reprioritize technology roadmap and portfolio backlogs based on outcomes
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Pega platform
- Strong implementation of Pega and other workflow platforms in healthcare, insurance, and other financial firms is a must
- Demonstrates an understanding of strategic issues and is an authority on the systems development life cycle and typical problems associated with implementing information systems, from initial concept through development and implementation to operation and support
- Has sound knowledge of Agile/Lean development methodologies and continuous deployment tools and techniques
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and other workflow and automation platforms is preferred
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent relevant experience
- Master's degree preferred
