TMP is seeking qualified architects and project managers for a full-time Project Architect or Project Manager position in our Nashville office. We are actively growing and interested in motivated, forward-thinking designers ready to bring their leadership skills to our team!
TMP is a nationally recognized architectural firm, specializing in healthcare, commercial / office, education, and government / civic facilities. We are currently headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, but are relocating to a brand-new, TMP-designed building in Franklin, Tennessee in early 2025 — just south of Nashville. We have an additional office in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Our award-winning team of over 60 professionals has completed projects coast to coast, with a strong presence in the Southeast. Requirements :
- Degree in Architecture (required)
- Licensed as an Architect (preferred)
- 4 years design experience (required)
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Readiness to tackle challenges

- Skills in project management and ideas to improve project efficacy
- Passion for challenging the status quo and innovating the design process
- Interest in developing client relationships and elevating the client experience

- Agility with technology to improve design
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A working knowledge of Revit, Google SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
