We are a leading marketing and sales firm in Houston, working closely with AT&T and other top brands. Due to our growth, we are looking for an Assistant Management Trainee to join our team. This entry-level leadership position will provide hands-on training in customer acquisition, field marketing campaigns, and sales management.
As an Assistant Management Trainee, you’ll work alongside senior team members, learning key sales strategies, managing daily accounts, and eventually leading a team to drive AT&T's success in the Houston market. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and eager to build relationships with customers.
Assistant Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers face to face to promote AT&T products and services
- Generate sales and referrals while building brand loyalty
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and managing accounts
- Shadow senior account managers to learn sales and leadership skills
- Train new team members on company systems and procedures
Assistant Management Trainee Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Goal-oriented with a drive for results
- Business or management degree preferred
- Passion for customer service and team development
Salary : $47,000 - $57,000
