Our Sales and Account Management Team is seeking a highly competitive, results-driven candidate to join our ever-evolving business development department. In the AT&T Team Member role, you will serve as the leading point of contact and will be in charge of formulating, building, and maintaining profitable account strategies for our reputable client base. This is an AT&T Team Member position that will have the potential to move into a Senior Account Management position. Ultimately, the AT&T Team Member role will contribute to the launch and execution of innovative campaigns, meeting profit expectations and desired financial growth. We are searching for someone who is financially savvy or has the desire to acquire this type of knowledge to fill the AT&T Team Member role. AT&T Team Member Responsibilities : Act as liaison for the client and the consumer by attending all direct meetings with current and prospective clients Utilize a positive track record of multi-state and international account management to maintain positive business relationships Conduct ongoing territory research to maximize client and product exposure Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to provide solutions and answer client inquiries Attend quarterly seminars for ongoing training and skill development Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach AT&T Team Member Requirements : Effective presentation and negotiation skills Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role An Associates Degree or some college courses completed is preferred The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities A high degree of professionalism and reliability Excellent time-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
