In this role, the successful candidate will play a key part in executing targeted marketing campaigns for one of our prominent telecommunications clients. As a Full-Time Client Representative, you will be responsible for understanding product offerings, staying informed on market trends, and analyzing community demographics to optimize campaign effectiveness. You will take a hands-on approach to customer engagement, ensuring compliance with client and partner guidelines while delivering tailored, impactful presentations.
Full Time Client Representative Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for telecommunication campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target demographics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, providing personalized service while adhering to client specifications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, conduct demographic research, and analyze local community data to inform marketing approaches.
- Conduct professional presentations to potential clients, ensuring clear communication of product offerings and value propositions.
- Maintain strict adherence to client and partner compliance guidelines during all customer interactions and marketing events.
- Work closely with team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of products, services, and campaign execution techniques.
Full Time Client Representative Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
