JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Financial Analyst will provide TM3 management with in-depth analysis of all pertinent financial data to support intelligent decision making in a timely manner. This will include general ledger functions, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll. The Financial Analyst will :
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support TM3 with day to day accounting operations for tasks in various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting and analysis;
- Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business processes for various projects;
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for budget and forecasting purposes;
- Perform ad-hoc business analysis.
- Receive data, match receipts, vouchers and purchase orders, make corrections as required, and code and enter vouchers.
- Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with financial and corporate policies.
- Process weekly check runs, and match checks to vouchers and verify paid amount before issuance.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of expenses and company credit cards.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close duties including 1099 processing.
- Prepare and submit tax forms, such as Business property tax, Company Business licenses etc…
- Sales and Use tax to applicable states
- Maintain asset spreadsheet and depreciation
