ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and purchase upcoming software renewals prior to expiration
- Communicate with customers and team members, presenting all findings regarding expiration of software and changes made to software orders
- Develop Purchase Orders for software orders as needed
- Track expiration dates of software and purchase as needed
- Build rapport with software Vendors to solicit software quotes for upcoming software orders
- Open and track tickets in Remedy as needed
- Track and maintain communication records regarding software orders as needed
- Download software from specified networks, as needed
- Aid with any additional projects accordingly
