Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with data entry and record keeping for client accounts
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile transactions and accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding inquiries or issues related to bookkeeping
- Utilize accounting software and tools to maintain accurate records
- Support the bookkeeping team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
