Your Role :
Lead & Develop Teams : Provide coaching and mentorship to Restaurant Managers to enhance operations, financial performance, staffing, and compliance.
Drive Performance : Formulate and implement plans to improve performance in key areas, ensuring targets are achieved and high standards are continuously met.
Oversee Operations : Manage all facets of operational processes, including financial reporting, safety measures, cleanliness, and legal compliance.
Guest Satisfaction : Instill a sense of urgency to surpass customer expectations, swiftly address concerns, and maintain exceptional service quality.
Strategic Growth : Uncover business opportunities, analyze market trends, and support marketing initiatives to bolster sales and growth.
Effective Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication of company goals and initiatives to promote collaboration across all locations.

Key Qualifications :
Leadership Experience : 5 years in Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality Management.
Financial Acumen : Strong grasp of company financials and the ability to drive positive changes in restaurant performance metrics.
Strong Communication : Exceptional face-to-face communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-Solving Skills : Proven ability to timely identify and resolve operational issues.
Team Development : Experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members at all levels.
Note : This position provides flexibility but requires availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
