We are seeking a results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute the marketing initiatives for our rapidly growing international brand of truck accessories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand awareness, and optimizing sales funnels across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media and e-commerce strategies. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with distributors and global partners to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Top of Funnel Growth
- Content Management: Oversee the creation of viral reels and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Media Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and press contacts to secure earned media opportunities and amplify brand visibility.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and optimize content for search engines.
Pay-per-click & Email Marketing
- PPC Retargeting: Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to drive consideration and conversions.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.
E-Commerce Conversion Optimization
- Website Management: Optimize the Shopify website for seamless user experiences, high conversion rates, and mobile responsiveness.
- Amazon Strategy: Oversee the brand’s Amazon presence, ensuring product listings, reviews, and PPC campaigns align with overarching marketing goals.
Distributor Coordination
- Collaboration: Work closely with our global distribution partners to ensure consistency in messaging, promotions, and overall marketing strategy across all channels.
- Marketing Support: Provide distributors with the necessary tools, assets, and insights to drive mutual success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, PPC campaigns, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience managing Shopify websites and Amazon storefronts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
