Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support by creating high-touch customer experiences.
- Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans to help patients improve daily functioning and quality of life
- Maintain accurate patient care and billing records.
- Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment planning.
- Report and interpret treatment results.
- Supervise support staff and collaborate with other team members.
- Perform clinical functions in compliance with facility, state, and Medicare policies.
- Educate patients' families and staff on treatment goals.
- Participate in meetings, in-services, and community activities.
- Adhere to AOTA Code of Ethics and professional standards.
