The Fleet Manager plays a crucial role in managing our team of approximately 35-40 drivers, ensuring they meet pick-up and delivery requirements, maximize revenue, and maintain an excellent safety record. This position requires strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as the ability to plan and organize, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
