TMC Transportation is seeking skilled Shag Drivers to join our Dedicated customer site at Continental.
Available Shifts:
- Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11pm
- Monday - Friday, 10:30pm - 7am
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and perform inspections on trailers and equipment.
- Maintain and position trailers as required.
- Monitor the truck parking lot for any issues or concerns.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Communicate with the maintenance team regarding any repairs needed for trucks and trailers.
Requirements and Skills:
- A valid driver's license.
- No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
