Description
TMC Staffing is seeking an Order Processor responsible for entering orders and data, managing internal customer service issues, and supporting sales.
Great contract to hire opportunity in NW Houston
Responsibilities:
- Assist internal customers process and fulfill orders as needed.
- Recording customer information to process orders.
- Completing fields such as name, address, account number, item number, price, and any sales or promotions.
- Inputting data into a central database to be used to fulfill orders.
- Ensure payment information is accurate.
- Process orders and distribute receipts.
- Input orders into database.
- Follow up on orders.
Qualifications
Skill Set:
- Proven work experience as an Order Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Experience working in the Fastener’s manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficient computer skills
- Working knowledge of Epicor or similair software
