Description
TMC Staffing is seeking Packaging Operators responsible for taking the finished product of a manufacturing process and ensuring that it is packaged in line with company and industry standards, making it ready for sale or distribution.
1st Shift - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Job Duties:
- Efficient completion of final assembly and then packaging processes (such as applying fastenings or ties) if required
- Product labeling and inspection of final product
- Completion of distribution documentation may also be a responsibility of packaging operators
- May be required to move completed boxes of products
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area
- Reporting issues when they arise – this should be done quickly to minimize any impact on the efficiency of production
- Quality checks of the process or product in accordance with the site’s quality requirements

- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Basic mathematical skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in assebly or related field.
