Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Therapy program, as well as state licensure.
- Must be a licensed:
- Physical Therapist (or)
- Occupational Therapist (or)
- Speech Language Pathologist (or)
- Occupational Therapy Assistant (or)
- Physical Therapy Assistant
- Must be a licensed:
- Able to perform proper body mechanics without posing a risk of injury to self or others
- Ability to lift and control 50 pounds
