Responsibilities

As a therapist on our team, your duties will include:

• Maintaining accurate records of patient care.
• Reporting billing information.
• Providing direct patient care as prescribed (including evaluations and treatment planning)
• Assisting and assessing transfers, gait, and balance.
• Providing supervision and guidance for support personnel.
• Monitoring, interpreting, and reporting treatment outcomes

You'll have opportunities to present in-service education to team members and the community and participate in professional and community activities. Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Therapy program, as well as state licensure.
  • Must be a licensed:
    • Physical Therapist (or)
    • Occupational Therapist (or)
    • Speech Language Pathologist (or)
    • Occupational Therapy Assistant (or)
    • Physical Therapy Assistant
• Able to perform proper body mechanics without posing a risk of injury to self or others
• Ability to lift and control 50 pounds
