We need a Process Engineer to join our team and drive the automation and optimization of complex processes. This role involves project management, technical implementation, and assembly process development to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Process Automation and Project Management:
- Implement automation for complex processes.
- Plan and deliver projects by reviewing client needs and setting strategies.
- Develop templates, standards, and frameworks for project delivery.
- Review software code to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Act as the senior contact for clients during project initiation and delivery.
- Document and manage change requests and project extensions.
- Provide regular reports on project status, budget, and requirements.
Technical Implementation:
- Work with batch processing automation software.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs.
- Manage database structures for production and archive purposes.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade process control systems.
Assembly Process Development:
- Design and implement automated assembly processes for new products.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize product designs for assembly.
- Conduct capacity analysis and plan efficient fabrication and assembly sequences.
- Write specifications and manage budgets for tools, equipment, and production lines.
- Lead supplier and equipment selection, and manage production ramp-up.
