TMD STAFFING in Kyle, Texas is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative for an authorized distributor of electro-mechanical parts and services to global industries that services markets such as (DOD) Department of Defense, Energy Markets, Commercial Aerospace, Industrial Markets, and Transportation Industries. The right candidate will be self-driven and highly motivated. We are looking for candidates that are solid and have high work ethic and have had experience and are knowledgeable in sales of electronic components. If your experience has been in the aerospace or military industry, this will be a great plus. This position is temp-to-hire, and has the potential to become permanent for the right person. This position is interview based and resume driven.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND DUTIES OF JOB POSITION :
Customer Service Skills to be able to address our customers' needs.
Proven Successful Distribution INSIDE SALES experience in exceeding quotas / goals.
Experience in selling (Preferably to Aerospace and Military markets).
Interface with vendors and customers in problem areas.
Experience in selling (electromechanical parts highly desirable).
Review inventory levels and flows with Purchasing Manager.
Maintain sales records and administer incentive programs, distribute sales information,
REQUIREMENTS :
2 Plus Years inside sales, preferably in commercial distribution. Plus if experience is in electro-mechanical market.
JOB TYPE :
Full time - Day shift - Monday to Friday
PAY : $20 / HR DOE.
SHIFT : 7AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
